The U.S. ARMY's Security Assistance Force Brigades (SAFBs) should be collectively termed a SNC Corps lead by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in smothering conflicts by engineering means--not presence patrol irritation in wheeled trucks restricted to roads/trails asking to be ambushed and made into ROAD KILL.

Sadly, there isn't yet a Hollywood movie depicting how the MORICE LINE worked in Algeria but 1966's "Lost Command" is great showing how once borders are sealed-off THEN the rebels can be kill/captured.
