FutureWARTHINK 032: CAN-DO Generation's Jet Seaplane Patrol Bombers with Air Cushion Landing Gear

I think I'm going to orgasm!

More proof we've been RIGHT ALL ALONG and the USMIL WRONG ALL ALONG since 1945.

The future of the USN is the USS Indianapolis--without the seaplane happy ending. The 20-something author doesn't get this that in WAR ships get SUNK and men are thrown into the water who need SEAPLANE RESCUE or else they will die to TBATE exposure and/or sharks (1975 "Jaws" movie].

Next, the USN's BS MH-60R "SeaHawk" helicopters can't fly continuously to inefficiently toss expensive sonobuoys and hover-dip, actively-pinging sonar to keep enemy attack subs away--a Burke TIN CAN only has 83.3 flight hours of JP-5 fuel onboard

Author New--actually old--dick can't figure out how to refuel & rearm Long-Range Amphibious Seaplanes (LRAs)???

Refueling at Sea

1. Land seaplane by a ship or sub with desired fuel
2. Extend a hose to the seaplane & connect
3. Transfer fuel
4. Turn pump OFF, retract/recover fuel hose
5. Seaplane takes off
6. Mothership or mothersub goes on its merry way

Any questions?

Re-Arming

Ever hear of a seaplane TENDER that hoists LRAs onto its back for re-arming & repairs?

Banzai!!!

Duhh.

Semper Airborne!
